certainly like your website however you have to test the spelling on several of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find it very troublesome to inform the reality on the other hand I'll certainly come again again.

Hi Megan. Thanks for adding your voice to this conversation. You make an excellent point about the need to have some transparency when it comes to CE provider and participant. Best of both worlds is always nice!

One more thought: maybe the transparency should be between the participant and the CE provider and the anonymity should be whatever is "public" - that way you get the best of both.

Tricky one. Ideally, I'd say transparency all the way. It would certainly prevent those people who post comments under multiple pseudonyms in the hope of 'swaying' an outcome and also seem far more democratic an approach. Also it means that where needed, we can drill down further into the conversation to truly understand motivations and needs. This also allows us the scope to better engage and build a stronger relationship with our community members.

However, to provide this I'd suggest we need to change the environment we operate in, some of which is out of our control. It needs be safe, free from bullying and victimisation and, as you say, repercussion. Also we need to somehow evolve the conversation from sides to finding middle ground. Right now I observe too much right vs wrong debate and people getting so worked up when 1) others don't see things the way they do (therefore the process must be flawed) or 2) they don't get what they want (therefore the system is corrupt). As I said tricky - but a great conversation :)
