100 Ideas to Help Engage Your Community Online

Ta da! After nearly 3 years in business and hosting something like 200 consultations for over 80 organisations, we decided it was time to give something concrete back to the new and burgeoning praxis – look it up – of online community engagement. The BtT team have huddled down and come up with 100 ideas/thoughts/suggestions – call them what you will – to help you engage your community online.

The short booklet covers ten big issues; why engage online, planning to engage online, creating rich and engaging content, promoting your online consultation, consultation accessibility, anonymity in online forums, moderating online forums, facilitating online forums, qualitative and quantitative reporting, and following up with your community.

You can download a PDF copy if you like that sort of thing; alternately you can email us at admin@bangthetable.com and we’d be happy to send you a lovely bound copy.

I really love the intelligent and intimate approach that Bang the Table is running community engagement. I have been in the same sector following my PhD in Behavioural Neuroscience with great success. Have developed communities of interest doing for government, social, notforprofit, corporate and charity sectors.
Are you planning to expand in the UK? Happy to discuss opportunities perhaps over Skype?
    With good wishes Maria
