A belated happy birthday to us! Bang the Table turned 2 years old sometime around the start of this month.
I thought I would take a moment to have a look at the stats across all our projects.
Firstly, we have managed 182 online engagement projects for 65 clients in three countries (Australia, New Zealand and Canada). Those projects collected 12,044 comments from the community and were visited collectively 185,000 times by 100,000 people who viewed 901,000 pages.
What seems like a wonderful portent of the future is the growth we have experienced in recent months. 153,000 of the 185,000 visits and 87,000 of the 100,000 visitors came in the last 12 months.
I remember vividly the bemused looks we received from people when we told them we were quitting our consultancy to embark on this adventure. But we were lucky. Right from the start there were people out there who understood what we were trying to achieve and who became passionate advocates for us and other approaches to online engagement.
Crispin and I are very grateful to all those people and also to our growing team (there are now 7 of us) who have worked ridiculously hard and (I hope) will continue to do so!
